Volunteering Success thanks to Nissan

We've recently had volunteers from Nissan at both Percy Hedley School and Northern Counties, see what amazing job they've done as well as more volunteering opportunities below.

Nissan kindly offered six volunteers at each site for some cleaning and decorating projects.

First off was cleaning the outdoor learning area at Percy Hedley School, corporate volunteers gave a fresh lick of paint to the walls and cleaned up the area. Now the space is fresher and ready for our students again!

Thank you to Scott, Paul, Fred, Rob, Kaye and Michael for completing this task.

You can see photos of their hard work below:

Across at Northern Counties in Jesmond, corporate volunteers from Nissan helped to paint and treat the school’s longest fence outside of reception. Now the fence has a new lease of life and looks much brighter than before.

Thanks to Jason, Daniel, Jonathan, Stewart, Adam, and Jakki for volunteering!

They had a laugh whilst doing so and you can see photos below:

Thanks again to Nissan and all the volunteers for this!
