Reverse Job Fair 2026
Following the success of last year’s Hedley’s Beyond Reverse Job Fair, we were thrilled to welcome more fantastic local businesses to this year’s instalment.
The Reverse Job Fair, sponsored by Lounges, is an opportunity for students and members across the Foundation to take part in engaging conversations with local employers and share their career aspirations.
Set up in a ‘speed dating’ style format, employers spent 10 minutes at each table speaking with the people we support about their career journeys so far and their aims and amibitons for the future.
It was a fantastic opportunity for the people we support to showcase their skills, share their previous work experience and placements and explore future career opportunities with local employers.
Businesses in attendance also had the chance to share an insight into what it’s like to work in their organisations and the sort or roles they offer, opening doors to potential future career paths.
