Percy Hedley School Flu Update

Influenza Vaccine information September 2023

The school aged immunization team will be visiting Percy Hedley School to give the flu vaccine to those who have consent on:

Wednesday 27^th September

This vaccine is available to students who are under the age of 18 years.

If your young person is over the age of 18 years from September 27^th, please organise the vaccine through your GP.

Parents of children/young people who are eligible should have received an email to complete regarding consent. The letter is attached.

The attached poster has the QR code and the code you will require for Percy Hedley School.
