School has been asked by Northumbria School Age Immunisation team to share the following message with families. It applies to families who practice Islam.
“Please find attached a letter from the British Fatwa Council in regards of the Flu Immunisation specifically the Nasal Spray that contains pork gelatine. If this Letter can be posted on your communications that will greatly appreciated and ease any concerns your parents may have who practice Islam.
