How We Help
We meet the needs of people with cerebral palsy, communication impairments, sensory impairments and complex learning, social care and therapeutic needs.
Throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, our schools, colleges and care homes remained open and our amazing staff work tirelessly to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the people we care for, delivering 1.2 million hours of education, therapy and care in 2021.
For 70 years, Percy Hedley has been the leading expert in giving care, education and support to disabled people across the region, and with your support we will continue to transform lives in the future.

Nat is 10 years old and has attended our Percy Hedley School, Newcastle, since he was a toddler. As a toddler, he was diagnosed with complex cerebral palsy with dyskinesia and dystonia. Sally and Neil have kindly agreed to share their story, and to tell us what The Percy Hedley Foundation means to them.
