Welcome From Our Manager

Allison

I have worked for the Percy Hedley Foundation for over four years at Leybourne and I am hugely proud of the young people we support and the staff team. There is huge feeling of dedication at Leybourne to ensure our young people live the life they choose without barriers, anything is achievable and we will go the extra mile to make sure it happens!!

I have worked in health and social care for 25 years, beginning my career with private providers then the NHS and Local Authority. I have worked with people with disabilities throughout my life, including complex needs, acquired brain injury, forensics, challenging behaviour and with families in crisis.

I live locally and Percy Hedley has always been at the heart of the community, it is an honour to be part of the Foundation.
