Sunderland AFC crest We are proud to announce that Sunderland AFC are the main sponsor of the Percy Hedley Mistletoe Ball to be held on Saturday 29th November 2008 at the Hilton Hotel Newcastle-Gateshead. The tables are now all sold, but we still need more auction and raffle prizes to raise even more money on the night! If you can help please let us know.

Please 'Splash the Cash' and help us transform the lives of many more disabled children and adults in the future.

Many Sunderland supporters and football supporters everywhere are planning to organise events and activities to raise funds for the Tim Carter Hydrotherapy Pool appeal. Our Fundraising and Marketing Team can help you plan and publicise activities and provide you with packs for fundraising or raising sponsorship. Whether you are a local supporter's group, a large or small company, employee, pupil, student or individual, your support will be an important part of reaching our goal.

Percy Hedley Sports Academy logo The Percy Hedley Sports Academy is used by England's Powerchair Football Team and has been chosen as a venue for the pre-games training camps for the 2012 Paralympics.

Tim Carter was very impressed by everything he saw at the Sports Academy and everything the kids were achieving. As a coach, he knew the need for first class therapy facilities, so it is his vision for a new hydrotherapy pool that we are going to see through in his memory.
