Adult Day Services Manager

Marie Watts

Marie has twenty years experience of working in the Social Care Sector and has managed residential homes, day-provision, independent supported living services, floating support and domicilary care services.

She has worked in and managed services for Adults with a range of needs including physical disability, learning disability, acquired brain injury and mental health issues.

Marie is a Registered Manager with a level 4 Management qualification, a Teaching Certificate and is currently studying for a Professional Certificate in Management.

She is a Safeguarding Adults trainer within North Tyneside and is a former member of their Partnership Board. She has specific responsibility within Percy Hedley Foundation for Managing and Developing services at Able 2, Orion and Linskill.

Marie is currently developing a range of opportunities and services to meet individuals aspiring needs , with a greater emphasis on person centred services and customised individual plans.
