Director of Resources

Bruce Parvin, B.A. (Hons), CPFA

Bruce Parvin is the Foundation's Director of Resources. He has previously worked in resource management positions in Social Services for both Gateshead and South Tyneside Councils.

A member of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA) since qualification in 1995, he continues to serve on the Local Executive Committee. Bruce also serves on a Department of Heath Better Commissioning “think tank”, the key aim of which is to improve service planning and delivery.

His responsibilities cover the full range of business and support services, including budgets, income, contracts and personnel issues.
