Supported by two project workers, they meet monthly to discuss issues and ideas around service delivery and quality. The group are pictured here with their certificates having successfully completed the 'Effective Group Communication' Course with Learning First.

The Better Lives Project is a key step in developing advocacy within the Foundation. As well as training programmes like the one celebrated here the project is supporting representational advocacy by the holding of elections for membership of governing committees and supporting the development of Person Centred Plans.
