New Able 2 Day Service Manager

Marie Watts joined The Percy Hedley Foundation as Able2 Day-Services Manager in May 2008.

Marie has around 20 years experience of working with adults who have a range of learning and physical disabilities, communication difficulties, mental health issues and acquired brain injuries. She has experience in setting up and managing a range of services including residential, day-services, independent supported living and domiciliary care.

Marie has completed her N.V.Q. Level 4 in management, Registered Managers Award and is currently working towards a teaching degree.

"I am excited about joining the Foundation and looking forward to the challenge of continuing to manage an already excellent range of day-activities but also identifying and supporting the development of further projects and activities that will develop the skills and enjoyment for our service-users" she said.
