Community Open Day

More than sixty visitors attended the College Open Day

The College held a very successful Open Day on Wednesday 18th March, 2009, as part of the Jesmond Festival Celebrations.

Over sixty members of the local community, parents of prospective students, pupils in transition and professionals working with young people with disabilities attended.

College students presented a range of sessions and activities that form part of their curriculum including business administration, signed singing and horticulture. Catering students helped in the Café @ the College serving refreshments and prepared and served lunch to delegates in the College's conference facilities.
