OFSTED Monitoring Visit

Following the College OFSTED Inspection in June 2007, inspectors returned at the end of January 2008 to assess the progress made by the college towards areas for improvement identified in the report.

Inspectors reported that reasonable progress had been made in all areas. In terms of Monitoring Visit criteria this is deemed to be: evidence for progress that is likely to have, or is already having, a beneficial impact on learners is secure and in line with expectations of a provider that has sound quality assurance procedures that lead to improvement.

Staff, learners and Governors are very pleased with this outcome, particularly in view of the short period of time since the last OFSTED visit.
